Ed Feeney installed my neighbors fence by attaching her fence to my chain link fence. When I removed my fence her fence fell down and he refused to reinstall her fence as he should have by securing posts to the ground rather than to my fence.
Ed Feeney is argumentative, unpleasant and dishonest.
Do not hire him.

DO NOT HIRE, this guy thinks he’s the boss and does terrible work. He cuts corners and yells if you question it. He’s disrespectful and awful to work with. Not worth wasting your money.

Even if you get the description of work in writing Feeney will tell you why his workers did it a different way. When you call Feeney back out to the job because the repair didn't hold up he will raise his voice and repeat over and over to convince you it had to be done a different way. Then tell you it's going to cost more to fix the same failed area. Save yourself the aggravation. Feeney is not an honest man.
