I was in route to get a routine maintenance done on my vehichle, when a driver hit my vehicle out of no where. I was so annoyed as I didn't make my appointment and now I have unexpected damages to fix?. I recall seeing Akiki signs during my normal driving, not knowing what to expect. I expalin my situation to Samantha & Sakoya at Akiki and provided them my claim# since I was running circles on my next steps and it was a Holiday. Just had them repair by Nissan after an accident. Fabulous! They will call or text you updates every Tuesday and Thursday with an update on where your car is during the repairs. Everything is so easy with them!!!! Luis and Sakoya were amazing, anyone I spoke with there was wonderful and so helpful!!!!

On 6/2/24 our CRV was rear-ended in Milton at a stoplight by a teen with a lead foot. (Last year our son's car was rear-ended by a late-for-work fireman and Akiki performed over $14,000 in exterior/internal work, returning it to 'showroom quality'. This time, there were 2-1/2 months of wrangling with USAA who's client was sorely under-insured. Akiki's Mike Niles couldn't do enough for us. There was no gouging, no runaround, just impeccable customer service and the happiest staff at this body shop. I'd call angry with the latest USAA delay tactics/drama and they'd talk me out of the tree. I'd complain that the under-insured... read full review
