Tom the tech was great really took good care of us. Made sure everything was all set and was fair. The other escavation supervisor only wanted to put in new pipes and was not looking to work on the existing pipes. He tried to scare me into work. The tech fixed all and I sent the other guy packing.
We had a septic line clog is a Saturday afternoon. I made an appointment for 4:00 online. There were 3 follow-up call to track status. The technician was there right around 4 and fixed the problem in 1 1/2 hours. A few days later, the video tech came and gave us a clean bill of health. Great service!

We appreciated the $75 senior discount; however, we feel that the set fee for the snaking that we had to agree to ahead of time was surprisingly high.
