Our water heater burst and there was about 30 gallons of water on the floor. Our first call was to Roto-Rooter and they were here within 4 hours. Jose, the technician, was great. He gave us the pricing and a realistic time frame to complete the job up front. He also installed a Co2 meter about the new water heater. We are very happy with the quality of work and Jose was professional and did a great job!
Ron was fantastic. He was patient and understanding, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed our toilet in exactly the way and time he described. He was honest about the job as well, relative to other companies I called about the same problem, which all described much bigger and more expensive issues than what Ron ultimately did.
Vivian and Justin came out to our house to help with a possible clogged pipe. They were friendly, professional, and very clean with their work. When it was realized that clogged pipes were not the issue they even tried to help us figure out what the issue was and who we should contact next. If we ever have a problem again I would not hesitate to call them back.
