Most especially, I want to recognize Jon Bryan (JB) who did an exceptional job - he was extremely patient, professional, dedicated, considerate and served as a great liaison between myself, the insurance company as well as the condo board. After experiencing a devastating flood, resulting from water running from the upstairs neighbor’s condo, my unit was uninhabitable and had to be demolished. I was overwhelmed. However, Jon listened to all of my concerns, and was always available to answer all of my questions. As a result, my fears were put aside, and I was confident that he would do an amazing job.

Not only did he do an excellent job with completing the water damage mitigation and demolition, but he kept me informed throughout the entire process.
