My husband and I purchased a couples massage groupon and we’re able to be taken the next day. The staff was very friendly and the massages were amazing! Highly recommend

Went for a 50 minute couples massage and it only lasted 35 minutes. At the end when mentioning this (confused if maybe she thought I’d booked a 30min) she proceeded to yell at me and argue. I proved the timing, payed the 50 minute price, cash as requested, and she proceeded to ask where her tip was. The paid amount covered a 35min massage plus tip, even though tip was NOT warranted I felt bad for the other girl, who was standing there apologizing. Here’s the real tip: DON’T YELL AGGRESSIVELY AT YOUR CUSTOMERS, especially when you’re in the wrong. Do not come here unless you’re prepared to be ripped off and leave feeling bullied and overcharged. And sore. Terrible knuckle massage that hurts your bones.

Completely unprofessional experience. We told the manager on the phone our window of arrival time and she proceeded to call us twice asking where we were. The room was very cold, the massages were underwhelming at best, not addressing any problem areas we mentioned. After the massage ended almost 20 minutes early, we told the manager we believed our time was cut short and she instantly became defensive, began raising her voice at my fiancee with no offer of a resolution, and continued escalating into an argument. We left feeling not only unrelaxed and sore, but stressed and overcharged. Will not be returning.

I visited QQ Therapeutic Spa recently and had a great experience. I called for an appointment and they were able to fit me in for a same day appointment. During my visit I found the staff friendly and I received a fantastic massage! I will definitely be visiting this Spa again.

I made an appointment with Eva after reading good reviews on Google. I arrived and no one seemed to know why I was there. The woman helping me could not effectively communicate in English but she made me show proof of my appointment and then proof that I had already paid $90 up front online. She then proceeded to do my massage (and I’m 99% positive she’s not Eva!). It was possibly the worst massage I’ve ever had. The room is also not private, you can hear everything in the building from other music playing, to people conversing and Amazon coming in with deliveries. Was hoping to have found a local business to support but my experience was really disappointing.
