I truly do not get all the nasty reviews. Every time I've come here in the last few years for manis and pedis and gel manis I have never had a bad experience. Some better than others but never a bad time. Only one time ever have they turned me away for being too busy to handle my service before they closed and even then they were so kind and apologetic they put me in first thing the next morning. One thing thats a little different - and welcomed- is you sit down first and they bring you a folder with the color samples on them - for both regular AND gel colors. So no fishing for a color on a wall or kiosk while everyone stares at you. I enjoy getting a gel manicure here...read full review
