I have never felt so relaxed in my entire life. I listened to the “sand” frequency music, while laying on a bio Matt in the salt cave. My back was in pain before I went in and it feels like I just used cbd cream on it. I feel incredible. I was in the hospital all of last week and this was exactly what I needed. Not to mention their fossils fossils, crystals, gems, stones that they had were very reasonably priced and I managed to get something for myself, my brother, and my mom for Christmas all under 18$. I’ve been here twice and highly recommend it. I really needed this today.

Oh my, where to begin? It's amazing to me how low most of us prioritize self-care. Well. Me, too. But then you go to a place like this and it's such a beautiful, healing reminder. So. Went for the foot soak to detoxify (and the toxins that came out are slighting haunting). Then did the salt room meditation while my Mrs. did a Reiki session with Paula (the Mrs. was moved by it). The salt meditation took me to another planet. Literally. I was drifting away in some alternate universe and it was pure bliss. The whole experience was pure bliss. Thank you Paula and Barbóra. You reminded me to travel to other galaxies as often as I can. See you... read full review

My daughter and I booked for an detox foot bath and halo therapy while visiting the cape. We had an amazing experience and Syd was so nice and accommodating to us. I definitely recommend anyone to take advantage of this gem of a place. It will be a new yearly visit for my daughter and I.
