If there were zero stars that would be my rating.The system leaked and ruined walls and ceilings within one month of purchase. They had used electrical tape to splice a drain line. This year ( the second year of ownership ) the system won't turn on. I have left ten messages in six days with no call back. Run from this company.

This company installed a Mitsubishi mini split system in our house less than one year ago. It leaked and ruined two walls and a ceiling the first month. It turns out they spliced a water drain line with ELECTRICAL tape. This season it won't even turn on. So after three months of total use this system is garbage. I have called the owner eight times over two weeks with no answer until I posted a negative review on Facebook. He says they are under no obligation to service what they install and there are lots of dealers in the area. All dealers in the area that I have talked to won't touch his work because he is such a " hack". Don't walk away from this company, run as fast...read full review
