I bought two carpets here 3 or 4 years ago and returned to buy another becuase of the great service provided to me by Jeanne. The quality of the capets is excellent, the pricing is fair and Jeanne and her colleague Brandon were just great.

Just had a bedroom carpet installed yesterday, 7/21/21, and everything went smooth as could be. The installer, Al, was great! Cleaned up, moved furniture, put furniture back, removed a runner and reinstalled that perfectly. Price was competitive, carpet very nice, and staff was very easy to deal with! Will be having 2 more rooms done as soon as we figure out what we want. Great teamJoe D.

Carpets of Cape Cod earned my business the first time I walked in the door. After visiting the string of flooring stores in Hyannis and neighboring area, it was clear the Carpets of Cape Cod cared about me and actually wanted my business. Where other stores had lackluster employees who either were rushing to get out the door a half hour before closing time or who stayed perched behind the counter waiting until I looked by myself for fifteen minutes and finally asked if there were any salespeople, Jean Cote, one of the owners, at CCC was personable, pleasant and professional. I found exactly what I wanted and felt the price was fair and competitive.
