Excellent first time experience. Kenny and Jimmy were prompt, friendly and very accommodating. They were kind enough to complete 5 tasks when only 3 were originally requested. Highly recommended!

And recently had additional work done and the other technician could not have been more helpful. We received improper pieces from Lowes and he called Kohler directly to resolve vs. asking me to go back to Lowes.
