My cats were so matted and i thought that they would need to be fully shaved. Cynthia and Sabrina were a godsend - they are experienced professionals that were able to transform both cat’s with a complete grooming while keeping their fur and brining back their beauty ! They handled the difficult cats with ease and the entire experience was seamless for cats and owner. I intend to have them as part of the high maintenance regimen a coon cat requires . Both cats and this owner are relived - and happy . One was extremely matted and in pain and immediately began running around after the grooming!“

“I have brought my Brittanypoo for grooming every 3-4 months and everyone there is great. I am so surprised that I was told she would be ready in 2 hours and it was 5 hours later when I got her. She was definitely traumatized, vomiting and diarrhea for 2 days after.She also had to be treated for a shoulder injury. Xena is a handful I know but I schedule her early am to minimize the trauma, I called and was told she was to nervous and had to be worked on slowly and my husband was told there had been equipment problems. I don’t know what happened that day but I am afraid to bring her back. Xena gets car sick so I bring her there because it’s 5 minutes from my home, I wish they had called me to come and get her until they could focus on her. I am disappointed and discouraged and fearful that I won’t be able to get her to go back. They were always kind and careful with her and protected her ear problems and bad Matt’s it was an overall bad day for them but Xena paid the price. I do recommend them for a crate trained dog who isn’t fearful of the process. I guess I am an overprotective mom but she had a traumatic start in life and I do everything I can to keep her calm comfortable and safe. I write this at the urging of my Vet. and it makes me sad.“

“Great place , Great Service, the one thing I can say is when we got a dog back there were maybe 6 , 7 or 8 spots that were sticking out pretty heavily where it was longer than the rest of the dog's hair. This is my first time getting a 20 l yes good“

“We love Hometown. We recently went away for the first time in o er 10 years. We stayed 6 nights. As parents if now 2 dogs of course we were nervous leaving them for thst long. Both of them attend daycare there as well. They sent us pictures and texted us to make sure we knew how they were. Yup they were having a blast!!!! The owner, manager and all the staff there are the best. To know your pets are safe and happy as well as extremely loved is hard to come by but Hometown has it all. Thankyou all so much,

“My parents take their dog here every month or so for grooming and it seems like this is the place to be. After 2 years this was the one place they felt very happy with on all points. The groomers bond with your dog. They spend a good portion of the day there. The dog always seems happy to go in and comes home so clean and cute. Always with a scarf or hair bands to match the season. I have taken the dog here twice and she was very happy to see her groomer. From what I know, it's like a doggie spa. Very relaxing and I think that says alot about the people that work here and care for the animals. ? ? ?“
