I was having a problem with terrible headaches and was given an appointment immediately from my nurse over at Houghs Neck for a Saturday morning appointment in Hull with Dr.Fitzcharles. She was fantastic. She took her time to hear me out and was sensitive to my needs not to get any medication that would interfere with my sobriety. What she prescribed is helping tremendously and I feel so much better. She's a really great doctor and would happily recommend her.
The Dr's here are great but the business end of this center is a train wreck at best. No accountability for leaving patients on hold for 3-4hours at a time when they need help. Robert Li is the conductor of this train wreck and will not talk or return calls and Karmen Lee is the other one. The phone system problems do not get resolved with finger pointing. The lack of leadership here is a disgrace.
Very attentive staff. Dr FitzCharles takes the time to listen and assess what the patient is experiencing. It’s not an urgent care center but an excellent primary care site. We are fortunate to have one in Hull. One star off only because it takes longer to get refills and messages because they don’t have a lot of support staff and automated systems
