Scheduling was very easy, and great follow up from their team.. and reminders when it was approaching. Scheduling was also not too far out. Tim came out for the service and was super friendly and professional on cleaning and repair services. He walked me through everything he was going to do, answered all my questions, and even took photos so I could see what was going on inside the vent -- which I really appreciated.
