When I asked for recommendations for a local hardwood floor refinisher, many suggested RC Hardwood Floors. I called for a quote and had it within days. The price was good and lead time to begin worked with our schedule. The day arrived, the work began: a few days of sanding, a few coats of polyurethane - done early in the day so we could walk on the floors by evening. Every day they arrived on time, and at the end of each day, they cleaned up well. All commitments were met and more: they filled carpet nail holes, repaired gouges and chips, took nicks out of the stair tread edges, and sanded away black-stained areas where the old finish had worn off. Richie and his team were great -- they fit into our somewhat tight scheduling window, made sure all the flooring was ordered properly and arrived on time, and got to work when promised and knocked it out without any delays, answering our questions along the way and making sure we were happy with the work.
