She does great deep tissue massage. I went to another PT after surgery and they couldn't relieve my pain. After working with Elena, I became stronger and pain-free in my hip and back. She is now my personal trainer in Pilates. She is very motivating and knows exactly how far to push me. I've gone to other physical therapists for various sports injuries over the years.
