I have been going here for 2 years now and I really enjoy the pilates and barre classes. Amanda is The Best instructor I have ever had! Her classes are fun and effective, and has refueled my desire to keep going at it!

High key the lowest maintained gym in hudson. Legit everything seems to be broken and one machine of everything. I got 3 months for $20 from a golf tournament but after the 3 months you'll never catch me here!

Great gym, kept clean, with friendly and helpful staff. Only complaint is that the women's only section is often occupied by groups of teens who sit on yoga mats and scroll on their phones; super frustrating for women wanting to actually workout. Third Saturday in a row that this has happened. I know it's hard to enforce courteousness but there should be some type of monitoring to ensure folks are sharing the space appropriately.
