Working with Rich Demelo, owner of Demelo Plumbing, was an outstanding experience. From the very beginning, Rich’s knowledge, leadership, and positive attitude set the tone for the entire project. He was a true professional and a pleasure to work with, making our master bath renovation feel smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. His team reflected his high standards as well. Cathy in the office was warm and attentive, Brian kept everything organized with clear estimates and reminders, and Gabe’s craftsmanship and professionalism were top-notch. I had called Demelo plumbing and heating for our AC unit that was having issues. The tech who came out ( next business day) Aidan was fantastic and had our ac units all cooling within 1 hour of his visit. He made sure to verify all of our units were working and not just the one in question
Had three estimates for my place of business. First two companies recommended $60k to $80k entire roof unit replacements within an hour of being here. Demelo and his team gave a different recommendation, all repaired an operational for under 2 grand. If you want honesty and quality work call this company, you won't regret it
