As a first-time homebuyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with my home inspector, Nelson Parness. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, patient, and thorough. He took the time to walk me through every part of the inspection, answered all of my (many!) questions without ever making me feel rushed, and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. His friendly and approachable demeanor helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I reached out to Nelson last week while he was on vacation, but he still responded in a timely manner to schedule an inspection within a few days time. I appreciated his flexibility in accommodating my schedule with such short notice. During the inspection, I was very impressed with Nelson's professionalism, knowledge, and expertise in his field. He is incredibly thorough in his explanations and recommendations, and he even sent the detailed report the same evening. I can't recommend Nelson enough to prospective homebuyers.
