Dr. Angie Vonnahme impressed me in 2020, Smart, she listens, super clear explanations about EVERY aspect of what she's doing and an absolutely accurate prescription from the get-go. Insurance changes made me go elsewhere for exams twice over the five years since. Both prescriptions were way off. I had to revert both times to Dr V 's distance numbers to get glasses that worked. Not wanting to go through that ridiculousness a third time I swore to get to Dr. Vonnahme again, insurance be damned. as it turns out my plan was accepted, Once again she positively impressed me at every level; and then wrote me another perfectly accurate prescription. I have been with Vonnahme almost since the day they opened. They are AMAZING! I have had everything from routine appointments to emergency appointments and they have always been accommodating. The staff is second to none! Recently I had some issues with a prescription pair of glasses that needed parts from the manufacturer. They promptly called order the parts and with a recent storm those parts were delayed. They took it upon themselves to stay on top of the company And the shipping status and relayed that information to me. It’s small things like that that make a world a difference. LOVE Vonnahme eye care! Staff and Doctors are so kind. They spend time with you and answered all my questions and concerns. Quick turnaround on glasses and my prescription was perfect. Highly recommend.
