This place was a joke, I will admit my call was last minute (5:20) asked if it would be possible to get my daughter’s hair trimmed, was told absolutely open till 7:00 drove straight there. Young lady at the booth informed me they were all done for the day. I stated I just called 30 mins ago and was told to come on in. Looked me in the eye and said a lot changed in 30 mins there’s a 4 person wait. I was never told there was a wait list just come on in. Started to argue and realized they have no concern for anyone as a customer. Went across the hall where my daughter was treated completely the opposite welcomed in gave her a trim showed her a new way to style it for her first day of school. Really appreciated the $50 tip for helping is out in a pinch. Unisex should reevaluate the industry they’re in. Service isn’t on their resume!!!!

My stylist was on her phone as she was doing my hair. I got burned on my earlobe and the side of my forehead from the hair straightener, and every time I told her she was hurting me she just kept telling me to sit still. I will NOT be coming back here.

I went hear and got the front and under of my hair blue.. worst decision the girl was rushing and just splatted bleach all over my hair and left it to sting horrible and here the thing with the blue.. she didn’t ask what shade I want? And the fact she got blue alll over my neck and my forehead is crazy all for 250 dollars?? Never again this place. Deserves to be shut down. 3 months for it to stop staining is ridiculous

My stylist was so Sweet but she didnt listen to half of what I asked for I wanted purple and pink and ended up with blue, Green, blonde, purple and pink. The stylist went against My Request even with a photo. Plus she charged me an extra $100. I was told 150-180 and paid 250 for Hair I didnt even want.

If I could give 0 stars I would.. had my haircut last wk, it was around mid back almost .. I asked for layers and told her I have wavy/curly hair.. my hair is above my shoulders which Im fine with except for the fact that my layers look like they were done with a razor blade.. after wearing my hair curly all weekend I finally washed and straightened it and it looks absolutely horrible. the layers are uneven and choppy. I embarrassed to wear my hair down now.

The price was $200 for full color because the whole process took 4 hours so I don't mind paying that much for the amount of effort and labor it took to do. The reason it took so long was because I did multiple shades of a lighter color. My stylist was patient, friendly, and very accommodating. The treatment included washing, blowout, layering and styling. I will definitely go back again.

One of my friends when there asked for 3inches and the girl gave her 6INCHES not to mention she gave me a butterfly cut when I asked for long layers.!!!

I am re-writing this review since, i noticed that my prior review has been deleted. I visit this place back in 2027. I asked for high lights, some how the lady that worked on my hair understood bleach all the bottom of her hair. after she bleached the bottom of the hair, she put me under the dryer, where my hear started burning, I called the lady and told her that my hair was burning the back of my neck, her face told me everything i needed to know, she know she kept me too long with the bleach on my hair. she proceeds to wash my hair, now my hair is looking orange, im trying to compose my self. the lady grabs more bleach with the intentions of bleaching the rest of my hair I don't know for what, all i wanted were high lights. but one of her co workers (Carmen), noticed my hair was not gonna hold another coat of bleach, (Carmen) comes up to the lady and asked her(what are you doing?) at this point i know my hair is done. (Carmen) continues to tell her go get a toner, to bring the orange color down, do not bleach. (Carmen) stood with me at the chair, and explains to me why she couldn't do bleach again in my hair. (Carmen) grabs my hair and for the first time in my life i saw my hair stretch as if it was Gum. I was livid! to make long story short, the lady cut a lot of my hair which i didn't want. and styled it, I paid 260$ for this work, 2 days later, i wash my hair, it was horrible i asked for high light and ended up with a perm, my curls were completely GONE! so i came back to the salon, and spoke with (Vicky) she is or was the manager or the owner, she was so rude and not empathetic or sympathetic of my situation at all. I showed her my hair, and she confirmed that my hair was completely damaged and burnt, and that i had to get it cut off. I told (Vicky) all I want is my money back so i can go to another place and have my hair treated, This lady had the nerves to tell me she could only give me 125 of the money back. They offer me a treatment with them for free, but honestly at this point i was not comfortable putting my hair back in their hands, and i have the right to refuse services. (Vicky) did not want to give me my money back, and asked me to call the police. at this point I am shocked, i told her Give me 200$ and you'll never see me again. she did not give me the money, (Carmen) had to get the money from the register where (Vicky) was sitting down across from, and give me the money. (Carmen) then proceeds to tell me, learn how to forgive. I told her this was not personal, this was a bad service that was given to me and all I wanted was my money so i could be treated somewhere else. and I believe they were able to see that since i did not make a scandal in front of their business, I did not call the police like (Vicky) suggested. Then later i learned that the ladies working in this place a lot of them are students and are still practicing, but with no supervision. So i will never recommend this place to anyone EVER!
