“Beyond Green is an amazing company. At best having a roof replaced is an annoyance. At its worst having a roof replaced is the kind of stress you hope to never, ever have to enure for a day or so, much less a week. Recently we replaced the crumbling slate roof on our Greenfield Victorian home with Beyond Green. The roof was in terrible disrepair, sits beneath an enormous copper beach tree , and is at ungodly pitch. For the average layman the job seemed impossible. Thank goodness my husband selected Beyond Green to do the work. Not only is the roof stunningly beautiful ,the owners and crew were an absolute joy to work with. I won't lie to you, I hated every single moment of the process, but the beyond green crew were so kind and supportive and frequently went out of their way to make sure we experienced the least possible amount of stress. They are deeply respectful as well. On any given day there were 3-5 workmen on the porch roof in front of our second floor windows and not once did I feel my privacy was compromised. No one ever looked in, not even by accident and when my sparsely dressed young female intern came by for a meeting not one head turned and not one comment was made. There was never inappropriate language or behavior in my yard, in fact quite the opposite.... They kept the property as clean as they could on a daily basis and they kept us updated on the process. For 7 days Beyond Green showed up when they said they would and let us know when they were leaving. Nothing at all was left to chance or surprise. If you need to have a roof replaced or of you want to work with a construction crew that are not only expert in their field but considerate and respectful humans there is simply no other choice. Both jobs required cutting a hole for vents through concrete cinder blocks. My business is closed one day a week and they were accommodating to come in on that specific day. Sylvia, the office manager, is who I was mainly in communication with. She was almost always available by phone and would also give me updates through email. From start to finish it has been a pleasure working with the complete crew. The team were all courteous and helpful. The responsiveness and constant communication was beyond what we have ever experienced with hiring a contractor. Thank you for that Igor & Alex.

Our scary basement is now gorgeous! We highly recommend Alex, Igor, Peter, Nick, Mark (electrician), Gregorie (plumber), and all the others.

Some Details: Alex’s was the only contractor we met with that showed us what the space could possibly look like...a design rendering was above and beyond and it is what sold the job. Also provided a very detailed description of materials/costs, and he went over all the tasks that were needed to ensure moisture wouldn’t be an issue. Price: They were not the least expensive nor the most, they were in between and we felt definitely a fair price. We did add a few things, and in the end the extra cost was still very fair.

Our 1957 home had MANY challenges, and there wasn’t anything that Igor (the project manager) couldn’t do to come up with solutions for each and everyone. Basement remodeling comes with special challenges, and they possess an extreme amount of knowledge in ‘basement’ remodeling, setting them apart from other contractors.

Also not to go unmentioned was the care/details, and that they really wanted to make sure we were happy with everything was unmatched.

What they did: CAD rendering, demolition, treating for mold, sealing floors/walls to protect from moisture, Framing (special metal type to ensure drywall did not touch the cement walls) Drywall (special for basements), Leveling a very uneven floor, and the soup to nuts: trim/painting/flooring etc all. We love our contemporary stairway banister, they used cabling, so sleek and everyone says how cool it is!

Lastly their electrician and plumber had exactly the same work ethic and communication mindset. Thank you Mark and Gregorie!
