Had a tattoo by jayy. Definitely not my first tattoo but was certainly the top experience. Everything about the experience was 5 stars. This will be my new place and I will be recommending to others as well.

Got my belly button pierced in 2022 at the old location, lost the piercing around late 2025. I came back in June 2026 for support repiercing and was told I didn't need to get it repierced. I asked for support replacing the jewlery because I AM A WIMPPP, they were very kind and helpful - only charged $28 for jewlery/replacing it. Hurt more than the initial piercing, but they were right that it didn't need a formal piercing. I would NEVER reccomend a mall piercing, but Bloodlines Holyoke is actually a skilled piercing shop. Took my son in today to get his ears pierced. He was very nervous but the woman doing his piercing was amazing and helped calm him down and explained everything to him so he would be less nervous.
They even chatted about what anime’s they like to watch prior to the service. Will definitely be coming back for myself at a future date 💙
