I had a bad experience there. I went in and asked for a manicure and pedicure and then the 2 people at the desk were talking at the same time to each other. I said so when I repeated myself they said okay and they said mani pedi just posh and I was like yes no acrylics or gel. They told me to sit at one side of the salon I lifted my pants from my ankles to my knees. They lady doing my nails was nice. But then I realized that she was just prepping my nails for polish and not a pedicure. I looked back at the desk with the two people sitting behind it POINTING AND LAUGHING. I was so drained from my already long day I just sat there till the lady was done painting my nails. I go to them and pay, they became really rude and didn’t even give me the name of the lady doing my nails so at least I can tip her. I had a long day at work and a to treat myself getting my nails done makes me feel better. I haven’t gone to this place in years and the one time I go back this is how I was treated. 0/10 experience

This was by far the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. Not only did they completely ruin my pedicure by cutting my nails way too short and filing my pinky toenail down so low you can barely even tell there’s a nail left, but they also had the nerve to charge me $60 for it. On top of that, the wife of the owner was so disgustingly rude!! She yanked the toe separators out of my feet and threw them down, then continued to act rude and unprofessional the entire time. I left feeling disrespected and upset. Save yourself the money and the headache, and go anywhere else but here.

Let me start off by saying Waylo He’s a really good dude I’m from Florida and every time I come in here with my fiancé and her family they make it very comfortable. He make sure that his workers know exactly what to give you now this is coming from a masculine gym guy when I come here, I totally feel comfortable. I totally recommend this place 100%.

From the moment I walked in and needed help. The young man in the front was kind and attentive. All I needed was a broken nail to be fixed. The young lady Netti was absolutely lovely. She made me feel like a valued customer. Even though I was only getting a nail repaired. She was such a sweet kind spirit. Definitely recommend, and a good job on fixing my one nail.

Please don’t go here, first off they didn’t even get the shape right I don’t even know what shape they did, second when the person was doing my nails he filed my skin off! Then the colors don’t even match up and they messed up the heart on the nail, people are flaming me on my nails and I don’t blame them at all, usually I go to a home person but wanted to switch up a bit, never again.

Took my 6 year old granddaughter for a pedi mani. I never asked for a gel. It appeared it was a regular one. They thinned her nails out so much. I asked. And not sure what the answer was. The nail bottle did not indicate gel
So her fingernails are so thin. She lost one. Two toe nails also This was done back in August
Her toe nails are growing in oddly. But finally growing When I went to pay it was a lot more. All I heard was gel. The curing machine. ? I asked and she says dries nails
They scammed me and shame on them
It took a while to put this review because of medical issues

Definitely Disappointed! did a mani on Wednesday before Thanksgiving for my vacation. My first nail falling off 4 days in on Sunday..then second nail falling off Wednesday just a week later....I've paid less elsewhere and had them well over two weeks with just needing a refill but nails still on..WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!

Before I even sat I asked the price for basic gel manicure and showed my nails and told them it was dip. Any other salons just put acetone and the foil and let soak to come off but the women I had didn't know how to get it off. She struggled and then was going to paint over residual dip until I spoke up and then she transfer me to someone else. The other women filed it off and finished the gel manicure. When I go to pay they charged me and extra 10 to take of the previous polish. I've never been to a salon that they charge me extra to take off polish when getting dip or a gel manicure, they just remove it. I was told 30 before I even sat so that shouldn't have changed. The second tech did a good job but not happy about inconsistent price. Location downstairs by jcpenney.
