Stretch Mate

First. I love the Stretchmate I inherited from a gym maybe 20 years ago. I always thought SM was my favorite piece of gym equipment. So for a few years I used it in limited stretches. True I got bored with my fitness program and put up the SM on Craigslist. Here’s where this gets interesting. I got a call from the owner convincing me to keep it - In fact, inviting me out to the factory for some demos and private instructions. Yeah I kept it but didn’t use it for many years. Great place whoever has any pain or wants to get better in sports should go here. Freddy Dolan puts you in good hands and has a lot of knowledge about the body.

This device has been a huge help in getting me to better understand how to limber up. Stretchmate Adapt helped prep me for ski season as well as improving my tennis preparation. I have noticed less daily aches & pains. The support I have received has been top notch. Absolutely recommend this device for daily living & mobility strengthening.
