“Shame on me for not doing this sooner! This is exactly what my body needs even though "I think" I need a "beat my muscles" Deep tissue massage. So incorrect I am! My Piriformis muscles get so incredibly tight from an old injury and repetitive motions while at work. It affects so much of my body,mind and every aspect of my life due to the constant pain. When I have my appointment I feel like I not only get the correct type of massage I TRULY need but I also learn so much about my muscles, and other ligaments that can and are affected. “Went in for deep tissue massage not really any deep tissue work didn’t feel like she knew what she was doing also kept putting her elbow right into my spine which was painful. but I came to give a second chance and this new lady was amazing I’d give her 6 stars this was a deep tissue massage also don’t get me wrong the First Lady gave a great Swedish massage that’s just not what I paid for or what my body needed“

“Edit 1/29/2024: I've been going to Audrey every month consistently for the past several years and I can't believe I functioned without her! It's like she communicates with every individual muscle. My quality of life is so much better under her care!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Audrey is amazing! We moved to Princeton in January 2021 and I hadn't gotten a massage in about a year due to the pandemic. I have a lot of back and neck issues due to working for 15 years as a labor and delivery nurse and I was in a lot of pain and was having a lot of headaches. Audrey worked her magic with me and I feel so much better! I've been going back at least every 1-2 months and it's so worth it. She makes the massage both therapeutic and relaxing. She also is very clean and COVID conscious and I really appreciate that! She's easy to communicate with too. I'd give her 10 stars if I could!“
