Been here twice. The first time was a mediocre experience. Customer service was terrible. Not one person said hello or a smile. Not welcoming at all. Because I didn't get a gel color, the first chip came 2 days later.The second time I went, my manicurist was shy but nice. But when I went to the dryers to sit down, the older lady with a stain near the dryers was very clear she did not want me to sit by her. Of course, she did not say all this in English but it was clear from my manicurist's reaction and the replacement of my items at the farthest fan what had happened. Had my nails done @ Cute Nails! Service was superb and professional. The lady was very nice and recommended the best way to achieve what I wanted. I just showed an inspo picture of the nail design and she nailed it.

I asked for matching colors for my toes and gel nails - she said they would match and they didn’t ! Plus I received no hot towel on my legs and she was in such a hurry - I should not have paid as the they are two different colorsServices: Pedicure
