I just read a blog post by Holden Acupuncture about how to strengthen the Liver Meridian. I was having a problem with a middle sore toe in my right foot and had read elsewhere that the Liver Meridian might help with this. Last night, I applied the suggestion in the Holden blogpost about massaging a particular acupressure point, and it worked, and I mean, immediately! The soreness reduced a lot. This morning I woke with no soreness at all! Miracle healing!The blogpost also talked about clarifying one's vision for one's path forward as another technique for strengthening the liver.
