This experience was awful. I get there the girl right of the bat cut me and cut me good I was bleeding, then barely wraps my nails to re-do them and ask me to wait because they scheduled two people the same time my appt was knowing they didn’t have enough people, so I had to wait 30 min and then someone else finally come over. Then the original girl comes back and my nails looks terrible. Nails on my hands are different sizes and they don’t look good at all. Im not happy with this experience.
I was in town visiting family, and called to schedule an appointment. Amy was incredible! She got me in first thing in the morning, was so attentive and thorough, very kind and considerate, and genuinely nice. She was also patient & professional! The spa was clean and fresh, with reasonable prices. I would go back again & again. Thank you Amy!
I've been going to Meteor since they opened and have been continually impressed with the experience. I'm complimented consistently on the various nail designs I've requested. I don't think the 5 star system does a great job at details though, so here's a few more 'out of 5' criteria:
- Cleanliness: 4.5/5 *I wouldn't mind more in the presentation of the process, but everything has always given me the
- Friendliness: 4.5/5
- Atmosphere: 3.5/5 *While always very welcoming, it's a very quiet and calm atmosphere. Some people totally dig this, I just personally don't mind a little chatter in the background :)
