From the moment I walked into Joy of Yoga over a month ago I was immediately comfortable and at ease. The owner Joy as well as all the instructors I've practiced with are welcoming, patient, and most importantly, super passionate about yoga. I have practiced very sporadically for years but since joining Joy of Yoga, I have gone consistently 4-5 days a week and no class is ever the same! I can't recommend Joy of Yoga enough to both beginners and experienced yogis. I'm so glad I found this place!

I went to my first class yesterday, and ended up being the only one in attendance. So I got my own private session! The studio is beautiful, very open and relaxing. Joy is an amazing instructor, and it was nice to have that one-on-one time for my first class. I am definitely going back, and hopefully recruiting friends to join in!
