Dave is a professional , not many guys go the extent that Dave goes while diagnosing a problem, he takes his time because he wants to do it right all while working to stay on schedule, which a lot of people might not understand but can be extremely hard. He works with the customer and doesn’t leave until himself and they are satisfied with the job that’s been done . I’m the owner of a heating oil company and Dave is the only person I trust working on my customers. Today my Burner stopped working l called Dade,he came within hour to my house in Stoughton. I phoned from Canada on behalf of my elderly parents who live in the South Shore. Their water heater was leaking and they didn’t know who to call.The folks at Duda were extremely helpful and understanding when I explained the situation. They got to my folks’ place in timely fashion. They were professional and their work was excellent. My folks were very pleased and relieved.I will certainly be calling the guys at Duda next time my folks place needs work. And I would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks, Guys.
