Great beauty store, a bit low on stock (they were out of a lot of items.) Caridad was working very hard helping customers (as she was the only one working the floor.) She was extremely helpful and recommended products for sensitive skin. She is very knowledgeable of all the brands and she has a fun can do approach to her work.

This is my favorite ULTA location!!! The store associates are always so helpful, welcoming, and kind. The store is very spacious and beautiful. Always a pleasant experience to stop by. I love this store and have been regularly shopping at this location for 5 years. I wanted to express my tremendous gratitude and thanks to Jin, one of the employees there who fixed a very challenging issue with my account that’s been hanging over me like a dark cloud. I've gone a couple times and the employees are usually pretty nice and helpful, but I have experienced some employees who weren't the best. Great prices and products and returns are very easy.
