I took my clients to the showroom in Hingham where we met with Stephen O'Brien. Alanni was also there and she was a great help to show us detailed items with the product by using all the resource tools she had. After the windows & doors were installed Stephen came to the site to ensure everything was good and spent half day there just fine tuning using his knowledge to ensure windows were easy to open for our clients. Alanni at the Hingham Pella location could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful today when I stopped in with a few very specific product questions. My first Pella window purchase was in 1982, just one window for a kitchen renovation. My husband and I had seen Pella at The Home Show and were most impressed with the quality and features. The nearest location was at quite a distance, within Massachusetts, but in Athol I think, about 80 miles away. I happily drove out there for my window. In 1990 I replaced twenty-eight windows, all with Pella. Now in 2025 I needed one new window for a bathroom renovation. Staff at Pella's Hingham location were most helpful. I only needed one.
