Traci met me with a smile and personable greeting to start my first encounter with this Pella store and things only got better from there. Traci was filling in and had a long commute with lots of traffic headaches, as this was not her usual venue to work from. She was filling in for the day to help out. She didn’t let the fact that she had to change her daily routine and deal with a very long commute effect her attitude or efficiency in helping me. I was looking for a Pella window accessory for windows in my home.
