Mike McConnell & the Staff at McConnell & Co. exemplifies superior Customer and Client Service. I was quickly and easily accommodated for an Appointment by the front desk staff, and also learned that there is Online Scheduling available that is not only efficient, it allows you the convenience of scheduling an appointment with access to the availability calendar. Being someone who in the past would prepare and file my own tax returns, I was often left unsure and with many questions that remained unanswered by the Customer Service reps of the tax product I was using. Mike not only answered all my questions, he also waited while I called the 1-800 number for my Health Insurance provider to access a necessary form for filing. I thought I was going to owe money after initially entering my own tax information into the "unnamed popular software product", but I was unsure if that was accurate and filed an extension. In my true last minute nature, I was feeling stressed before my appointment, but that was quickly forgotten as I was met with conversation of shared interest, a friendly atmosphere, and the utmost of professionalism. Whether you are an individual filing, a small or large business, McConnell & Rothman Co. is the place to go for all your accounting needs. Taxes can be overwhelming for the majority of us and Mike quickly eased my worry and was able to get me the best possible outcome. If I could give this 10 stars, I would.

Mike at McConnell Rothman has been my accountant firm for 3 years now. The first year taxes were quite complicated and McConnell's services were exemplary. Each year gets a bit easier since he has all my prior information. Also, I ask some crazy questions for myself and my children, and McConnell's staff, from the front desk to investments or tax issues, is always ready to help. This is a great company to work with. McConnell Rothman is a very professional firm offering a great amount of services. Dennis Della Barba does my family's personal taxes and business taxes every year and he is very efficient and timely in his work. He is reliable and gets the job done with a clear line of communication! We would not use anybody else!
