“This is such a hidden gem. The salon is beautiful, calm and such a vibe. Everything from the exposed brick, sage burning to the products and conversation. Everyones favorite part of getting their hair done is when they wash it and this was the best one I've ever had. The technique and care was magical. My haircut came out beautifully and I would return just for the experience and for a wash a couple of times a month!“

“After having a terrible experience at another braiding salon in New York, I found Amira’s Hair Braiding in Braintree, and they completely restored my faith.

The moment my braider looked at my hair, she immediately noticed everything that had been done incorrectly. She explained that many of my braids weren’t braided down far enough to properly hold the boho hair. She even showed me how the curls were literally sliding right out because they hadn’t been secured correctly. It was validating to hear because I knew something wasn’t right.

She took her time to fix everything the proper way. She braided my hair farther down to give me the butt-length look I originally requested, securely installed the boho curls so they wouldn’t fall out, and added additional boho hair to make my braids look full and beautiful. The difference was night and day.

What impressed me most was her honesty. She wasn’t trying to sell me extra services—she simply educated me on what had gone wrong and showed me exactly how she was correcting it. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and pride in her work were evident throughout the entire appointment.

Instead of criticizing the previous salon, she focused on making sure I left happy, and she absolutely delivered. My hair now looks the way I originally envisioned, and I finally feel confident wearing it.“
