I purchased the natural gas EU7000is a couple of years ago. It is for emergency use only. Luckily I haven’t had to use it much, but enough to make me glad I got it. X-mass eve last year for 37 hours - flawless operation. One time, probably two years ago, I was getting it ready for a possible outage and it didn’t start. Really first time I might have needed it (ended up not needed). I called and it turned out I had the wrong sized jet for cold weather. What I was impressed about was how the service person worked with me to get it up and running just in case - it was actually fun to trouble shoot. Got the new jet in a couple of days. I recently purchased a Honda EU3200 generator that weighs about 65 pounds with fluids, which is pretty heavy to carry without a cart. After searching for several options, I found the Wheelie Cart at Genconnex (genconnexdirect.net/whee…) that is made specifically for the EU3200. The generator's rubber feet fit securely in the tray after extending the base and it also has a velco strap to hold the generator securely to the base while transporting it. The collapsible cart has 6 casters for easy mobility and it works well on most surfaces. Very similar to a luggage cart and it is very compact so it's easy to maneuver in tight spaces.The only drawbacks are that it doesn't work as well over soft grassy areas and the casters are a little noisy over asphalt or concrete surfaces when pulling the cart. However, the cart is a back saver for transporting or moving the generator. You can also leave the cart attached when lifting the generator to move up or down stairs or in and out of a truck or vehicle and you can continue transporting the generator on the cart when back on a flat surface. Overall a great accessory for the Honda EU3200.

Based on my experience purchasing two generators from Genconnex, I have found that they provide excellent products, and exceptional responsiveness and customer service. Need I say more?
