Very professional setting, comfortable and safe feeling. Since this was a first evaluation massage Karyn went over my medical history, discussing in depth past treatment and goals for this session. She was extremely knowledgeable and taught me quite a lot about how things can be interconnected to cause tension and pain. She was always checking in with me to see how movement and pressure felt, as well as periodic check on range of motion. I will definitely be booking future sessions!
She is very knowledgeable on the body and it's functions. I tried a few things(massage,dr or pt) to help give my hip relief after having my 2nd c section . I was amazed that she fixed me. Now I'm doing aerial silks, getting my body all out of line and hurt. My muscles feel stronger and I feel so much relief/relaxed after I leave her table. Thanks Karyn!
Karyn's knowledge of how the body and the brain work astounds me. Her ability to figure out why my body hurts and most importantly how to make it not hurt is priceless. If you have been in pain for a while and don't know what to do, book an appointment with her and you might just be pleasantly surprised that your pain goes away quickly! You have to do the work she says, but every time I'm there, I think it's magic!!! Thank you
