I still take my pets here, and my fosters. I take my pets here for their annual check ups and medication prescriptions for them. They do care about your pets. Anything serious, I take them to the ER, Riverside doesn't have overnight care, and I have a cat with asthma, but they really took good care of him when he was first diagnosed.
The staff that works here are great from the time you come in with your pet to the time you leave . They take good care of your pet like it's there own they are surely the best thank you
The most caring and talented place! I brought my two rescues in for a first check-up and then initial work. Turns out the one has a blood disorder and this made everything complicated- and dangerous! They stayed with my boy for hours, even beyond when their work shifts, to ensure he would recover safely. I was worried my cat would become fearful of the vet, but he instead bonded and seems to miss his vet and look forward to visits. At a later time, they worked with a walk in clinic swiftly when I had immediate concerns and couldn't wait for an appointment.
