The crew was professional, courteous, and clearly took pride in their work. They installed a french drain system along with additional waterproofing measures, and the quality of the finished work speaks for itself as our basement has been completely transformed. What really stood out was how clean they left everything when the job was done. A major basement project is inherently messy, but you'd barely know they were there.

We’ve had a few different companies work on our home over the years, and Northeast Basement has been by far the best. Their entire team was responsive, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions we had during the remodel. Dan, in particular, was proactive in making sure everything went smoothly—he consistently checked in and kept us updated on the progress of the project. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would gladly recommend them to anyone considering a basement remodel.
