I would use them again for a quote, but not for emergency service. My water heater failed, and while the installation was straightforward, I was surprised to learn after the work was completed that they use flat-rate billing with no detailed invoice. The original bill was $4,000, and only after I asked for a breakdown did they agree to reduce it to $3,000. The work itself was done well, but the lack of transparency in billing left me questioning the value. Clear, detailed pricing up front would have earned a higher rating from me.

By far the most competent and professional company I’ve dealt with regarding our situation. We had to replace all of our ductwork lines in the attic and basement. Jim was incredible! I would hire this company again in a second! The price was great and the service all around even better. So happy with everything start to finish! Total lifesavers!

After I took the time to enter the sweepstakes about a say later someone calls me up about setting up a meeting for an appraisal on my house, once they get my zip code the then proceed to inform me that I don't live in an appropriate area and that this company does not come to this area, to me that is a slap in the face to a #-1asenior citizen, and 2nd must have an appraisal and try o sell me something, this looks like a scam to me and am reporting it, if your honest enough to discuss this feel free to call me at anytime..
