I am a busy professional guy. I normally drop off my dress shirts and pants in bundles. This problem had happened twice both times 2 dress shirts were misplaced never to be found again? Either someone may have sticky fingers or very poor management. I will never go back to there store, also take a picture (cell phone) of your clothes before you leave on there counter, so you have proof of what you dropped of!Be aware

I won't use them again. We went in to have three gowns hemmed and I was told I had to pin the dresses myself. I was thrown three safety pins across the counter and was told to basically figure out the length I needed by myself, bring the dresses back and they would do the job. It wasn't a warm welcome and the employees and the owner were cold and short. Just a weird, awkward experience and I felt like I was bothering them by just being a customer. Two of the gowns were hemmed short, but I guess that's what you get when you have to measure & pin them yourself. Now I scramble to find new dresses for my daughter's wedding after spending $200 here.... read full review
