I am a newbie to acupuncture and finding great relief from it. Spencer is fantastic, so calm and gentle. I am also finding his natural supplements to help very helpful as well! Highly recommend!

I first went to this practice in 2019. Spencer is thoughtful in his care and very professional. He uses his knowledge of supplements and eastern medicine to create a personalized plan. He used information on how my own body metabolizes to determine the best supplements/treatments.

I had seen a naturopath many years before seeing him who was all about making money and I always felt ripped off when I went, but bc she was helping me. I stopped seeing her because she was to cost prohibitive.

My child had also been diagnosed with ADHD but I didn't want use traditional medications and another naturopath just prescribed OTC vitamins without clinical evaluation....read full review

I first saw Spencer back in 2019 shortly after becoming a mother. After my initial call with him, so much clicked within my system. I was beginning to look outside of western medicine and create a path for myself, and ultimately my family. For me, he was a catalyst in so many ways!

Since, Spencer has been the one provider I have always kept in my corner. He is humble, kind, communicative and a wealth of knowledge. Spencer encourages and understands the need to move at your own pace and is always willing to meet you where you are at. His ability to remain grounded in that is a gift to every person who enters his sphere.
