Awful company. They start things and don’t finish them their staff turns over every season and often mid season so no one ever knows what they’re doing. The office is non-responsive and if they do call back they are nasty. It appears they seem they are the only game in town. They definitely are not. Look elsewhere for pool service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They Ignored my directive to not install new parts and did so while I was not home to stop them...then charged much more than quoted. $$$ was an issue at the time and I received a huge bill I was not prepared to pay. They refused to stand by their bid and insisted I pay the extra fees (which were NOT a part of the bid) as they had already installed the equipment. Needless to say, it took me some time to pay off the fees. If you enjoy being taken advantage of financially and lied to, then Oceanside pools is the company for you.

These guys are extremely professional, well trained and responsive. This year, when there is such a labor shortage on the Island of Nantucket, they were able to take me on as a new client. I'm beyond pleased with this company. They focus on pool maintenance, instead of other companies like Oasis, that is trying to do many things and does none of them well. They seem to have a strong culture, and are able to hire young people but train them and supervise them well. I highly recommend.Services: Cleaning
