Always helpful. I snapped the battery cover on my gas fireplace remote transmitter. They were able to find a replacement cover for $10 Always there to help out. Can’t go wrong with these guys!

Great experience with Stove Place II. We knew nothing about gas inserts and when we stopped by the store Jeff was so friendly and took the time to explain our options and help us with our decision. Installation was scheduled fast and we were so happy with their technicians and the plumber and electrician they provided. Everyone was so nice. There was a slight issue with the cover and the came back the next day with a replacement. Highly recommend them!

Stove Place II is the best place on Cape Cod if you’re looking to install, repair or just want to compare price. Bob, the sales person to Jeff the Owner made this install seamless. They communicate and stay on schedule through the entire process. I even got a call a couple weeks after the install to see how it was working and if I have questions? Highly recommend this place.

Jeff & Bob at the Stove Place were super helpful when I stopped in several times on my quest to have a gas fireplace installed in a narrow area between two windows. Their patience was appreciated as I needed to have a framework constructed to house the fireplace. Mark did a wondering job firing the unit up and explaining how to operate the remote. Now I’m ready for winter!

Stove Place II was excellent from the first time we went to look for a fireplace insert to installation. They are knowledgable and helped us choose what was right for us. It was measured, ordered, and installed in under two weeks. They and their plumber (Lamoureux Plumbing and Heating, who also was excellent) arrived promptly, finished quickly, and everything was clean when they left. We are thrilled with the insert and all of their guidance and installation, and would highly recommend Stove Place II. They are courteous, conscientious, and very easy to work with.

After a nightmare experience with a Chimney Sweep Company to purchase and install a gas insert, I had enough and visited The Stove Place II. In less than two weeks we had our insert installed professionally. It would have been done in less than week, but we waited for tax free weekend to make our purchase. Jeff in sales was nothing short of spectacular in explaining and working with us. Larry came out to double check my measurements and then Ben their installer arrived on time, completed the install in less than an hour and 15 minutes while taking the time to explain how to operate the insert. Not sure why anyone would go anywhere else. I will going back when it's time to purchase a unit for our basement once it's finished
