We visited the cape in August and visited this Personalized Fitness a couple of times and was very impressed and pleased with the workout. The owner Amy was amazing and very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend this studio.

Personalized Fitness Solutions… An awesome title that is delivered every time I enter the studio. I have experienced workouts with all three of the women - Amy, Ellen and Vanessa- and the level of communication between them is very obvious and specific to my needs and ability. They are clearly well prepared to deal with each and every clients personal fitness level.
I feel safe during my workout, knowing that my form is always being observed and corrected as needed. Not to mention, workouts are fun.!!
