Great install experience from the first contact to inquire about getting an insert to the actual final install. Thanks Casey for putting up with me and my questions. My installer Cameron was awesome, knowledgeable and a real pro. Very happy with my new Heat&Glo Escape insert and glad I chose Chimney Chap for the purchase and install.

I have used Chimney Chap since i bought my pellet stove from them 7 years ago. They provide excellent service on their yearly cleaning. Dylan Duffy is EXCEPITONAL at what he does. Very knowledgable, informative and overall pleasant person to deal with. The office staff are great to deal with too!
