This is my second fireplace from Chimney Chap. The first one we purchased was a gas direct vent unit and almost 20 years later still works like the day we bought it. I just had a vent free gas fireplace installed into a different room. Casey and Paul were beyond great to work with!! They made sure I picked the right unit for my space and took the extra time to make sure I was happy. I had called many times and dealt mainly with Casey for the actual selection process and he was so kind, and never made me feel like I was bothering him. We had to have a new pellet stove installed, and all the associates at South Shore Fireplace were great to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful!The Chimney Chap guys delivered and installed the pellet stove and took extra time to go over everything with me about the new stove, they were friendly, courteous and really went the extra mile to make it perfect. They even wiped up all the floors afterwards and I didn’t need to lift a finger! Exceptional service!
