I’ve been a Greeley Oil Co customer for the better part of 30 years now and wouldn’t even consider using anyone else. My experience with Greeley over the years has been very consistent. Their customer service is excellent, from the initial call for service to all interactions with their highly skilled technicians. I have such confidence in the work and in the advice I have received and there is something nice about working with a family-owned business. Their 24/7 emergency service provides me with so much peace of mind. I never have to worry about who to call in an emergency… and I have certainly had a few. Matt and his team are great!! They were very easy to get in touch with and came over right away. He was able to explain everything to us on what was going on and how he was going to replace it. 10/10
We recently used Greeleys Oil Co. Matt not only filled my new tank, he inspected the tank for safety and checked my oil burner as well. He detected an issue with my oil burner and had a technician come out within hours and fixed the problem. This company is professional, informative and so friendly. It is a family operated business and they truly care! I highly recommend them ?
