I found A&G months ago when I was looking for heat and A/C service recommendations online after moving to a new home. When our gas furnace wasn’t pushing out heat one cold morning, I emailed at 4am as a brand new customer with a heat emergency in mid-January on a Monday morning. I wasn’t sure how it was going to go since it is a busy time of year and they had no history with me as a customer. I could easily see my service call being at the bottom of the priority list, and I wouldn’t even blame a small company for that. The installation of my heat pump got off to a bit of bumpy start but Cooper Lane stood behind their work and smoothed everything out, to everyone's satisfaction. Gail (the friendly, helpful voice of Cooper Lane) and Matt M (senior technician extraordinaire) are my heroes, and you couldn't find better people to interact with. Cooper Lane Heating & Cooling were recommended to me by a local professional and I would not hesitate to do the same.
David and his staff were very accommodating. They did a great job, left our home in an immaculate condition. The system works great, keeping us warm! This was the second project they have done for us. As a restoration Architect I highly recommend them for all your HVAC work.
