I found A&G months ago when I was looking for heat and A/C service recommendations online after moving to a new home. When our gas furnace wasn’t pushing out heat one cold morning, I emailed at 4am as a brand new customer with a heat emergency in mid-January on a Monday morning. I wasn’t sure how it was going to go since it is a busy time of year and they had no history with me as a customer. I could easily see my service call being at the bottom of the priority list, and I wouldn’t even blame a small company for that. Highly recommend A & G, Al brings a wealth of experience and it was needed for our oil boiler/burner and power side vent replacement. Professional, prompt and upfront with all costs involved, will definitely be using them for any service needs going forward.
We called A&G for the first time when our oil furnace stopped working in the early morning. Al came first thing in the morning to evaluate the issue. It was complicated, but due to his experience he got everything cleaned up and installed the necessary parts to get it going again and it's working better than ever! His pricing was pretty good as well, as he did extra work to make sure we kept warm.
Our previous oil burner tech apparently did a lousy job cleaning and servicing it, but Al did it right.
I would not hesitate to recommend A&G Gregory. And to top it off, Al is a really nice guy.
