Pet Groomers near Hadley

“My daughter bring her new pup Dixie here and let me tell you, she LOVES IT! Both Dixie and my daughter. When we went to drop her off yesterday I got to see Dixie’s reaction as we pulled up and let me tell you her dog was SOOO Excited to be there! She comes home happy and exhausted from all the playtime. Never has she had any problems. The one suggestion I would make is better communication from staff to pet owner. When my daughter brought her for her “consultation” to see if Dixie was a good fit, there were no notes, no comments nothing. My daughter was like “well did she do okay? Can she come back?” And the staff was like oh yes. No details no info. I just think it would of been nice for someone to come out with Dixie and tell my daughter “ okay she did great, no problems, we would love to have her back” just some form of communication about the visit that’s suppose to see if she’s a good fit for there. But no one said a word to her, they just brought Dixie out and said have a great day. My daughter was a bit confused and had to call and ask questions. But other than that they are surely a 5 star place!!!“

The lot and building are very accessible, management is empathetic and takes accountability, dogs are put into manageable groups and the cat room has a great view for your feline companions!“

“Had our 7 month old golden doodle groomed here and they were fabulous. The staff is very friendly and the groomer did an amazing job on our girl.“

“We took our 10 yr old lab, Emmitt, to get pampered and it was a great experience!! Mariah was extremely friendly and helpful, and I could tell Emmitt enjoyed his time there. Plus, he smells amazing and looks as handsome as ever. I would definitely recommend to others!!“
