I'm not sure where all this negativity is coming from, but I'm willing to bet it's a combination of people who are impossible to please mixed with some Internet trolls.
I've gone to Trish, the owner, three times now. The first two experiences were for my feet and they were fantastic. Most recently was yesterday for a nail service. Each time I've gone in, she and the other team members were friendly and professional. The salon is clean and the atmosphere is peaceful. I was up here for a wedding and made an appointment for powder dip manicure. The bad reviews made me nervous but they did a fine job, and faster than the place I usually go in Brooklyn. I know nail salons can be hit or miss it’s very dependent on the individual manicurist. Mine was a young man, not the owner. Anyway it was fine! Bonus points for adorable French bulldog

I was looking at reviews of this place and I can see where people are coming from but I truly think they have gotten better. It also depends who you get. There’s a male nail person who does an amazing job and truly takes his time! I’ve had the ladies before but I recommend them.
